About the area

Bakıköy is one of the most important districts in Istanbul and is located in the center of the European side, extends on the Marmara Sea coast. The area is located between E5 Highway which is the main transportation road in Istanbul and Marmara Sea Coast Road, and it includes a number of famous neighborhoods such as Florya, Atakoy, Yeşil Yurt, and Yeşilköy.

It is bordered by Zeytinburnu region from the east, Küçükçekmece from the west, Bahçelievler from the north, and the Marmara Sea from the south.

Bakırköy is home to Ataturk airport, which is currently operating to serve Cargo air flights, but it is planned to be transformed into the largest park in Europe.

Bakırköy has a big transportation network such as the Metro, Marmaray line which connects between the Asian side and the European side of Istanbul, Tramway, and busses. In addition to public ferries and sea buses that go to the Asian side and princess islands and other cities.

Project Description

A special project located in the beating heart of Istanbul and away from the city’s chaos. The project offers a great experience of many shades of green and blue in the Bakırköy area which is one of the most popular districts in Istanbul with the Bosphorus so close, and a great neighborhood that includes a shopping mall, hospital, and close proximity to Florya district. The project is built on a total land area of 62.500 km2 and contains 7 residences, 2 hotels, and 1 aparthotel with a total of 10 blocks. The residential blocks are designed in 16-17 floor and contain 239 apartments, that combines unique textures of both city and nature together.
