After we have already visited and inspected the property or the site of the ongoing Project you choose to buy in, comes the next process that we take care of going through in a safe and effective way in order to protect the investors’ rights and time.
First is the signing of a sales agreement between the buyer and the developer company.
Next we need to obtain a Turkish Tax Number of the foreign investors by accomplishing the Tax Exemption formalities in a Tax Office and Migration Directorate, this tax number is required during many other transactions and processes in Turkey and we will need it when opening a bank account in the next step.
Once the Sales Agreement is signed by both Parties to make a payment according to the agreed terms, we will make sure to collect all the required documents and make all the taxes and fees payment to start the Title Deed obtaining process. Then we will be present with you at the Land Registry and Castrate Directorate on the specified day and time to sign and close the deal. And then we will deliver your Title Deed Certificate.
